4. Items purchased during promotions, with discounts, or using coupon codes are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5. FILA does not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, undergarments (excluding bras), shoe care, face masks, socks, personalized products, and GWP (Gift With Purchase) items.
6. FILA reserves the right to approve or reject returns on a case-by-case basis.

FILA Malaysia is committed to your satisfaction. We want you to enjoy your purchase, and we’re here to make things right if something isn’t as expected.

You may return selected FILA products for exchange only (no refunds) within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:

• Product must be in its original condition with original packaging.
• Product tags must still be intact.
• Product must not be washed, used, or altered.

• Orders purchased online are eligible for exchange through the online portal only and cannot be exchanged in-store.
• All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
  
• To return your item, pack it securely in the original shipping packaging and seal it properly with tape.
• Do not tape anything directly on the product packaging, as damage to the packaging may result in your return being rejected.
