Fila Malaysia is committed to your satisfaction. We want you to enjoy your purchase, and we’re here to make things right if something isn’t as expected.
You may return selected FILA products for exchange only (no refunds) within 14 days from the date you receive your order, provided the items meet the following conditions:
- Product must be in its original condition with original packaging.
- Product tags must still be intact.
- Product must not be washed, used, or altered.

Please note:
- All return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.
- To return your item, pack it securely in the original shipping packaging and seal it properly with tape.
- Do not tape anything directly on the product packaging, as damage to the packaging may result in your return being rejected.
Return & Exchange Exceptions
FILA does not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, undergarments (excluding bras), shoe care, face masks, socks, personalized products, and GWP (Gift With Purchase) items. FILA reserves the right to approve or reject returns on a case-by-case basis.
Custom product orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects. In such cases, please contact our customer service team via email for assistance.
Returns generally take 2–4 weeks to process. Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Delivery And Shipping Charges
Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable.
