Online Returns

Fila.com.my is committed to your happiness. We want you to be as pleased with your purchase as we are in serving you. You may return selected FILA products in their original, unused condition for a full refund of the merchandise value. We will gladly accept your return within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

The FILA product has to be fulfilled in these conditions to be eligible for returns.

  1. Product must be in its original condition with its original packaging.
  2. Products with information tags must still be intact.
  3. Product must not be washed, used or altered.

In order to make your return simple and inexpensive, it’s on the house and we’re picking up the tab! To initiate your return, please contact our customer service at support@fila.com.my.

For your convenience, we will arrange to have someone to pick up your returns. Simply pack the items to be returned in the shipping packaging that was used for your delivery and seal it properly with tape. Do not tape anything on the original product packaging as any damage caused will be irreversible and return requests will be rejected.

Delivery And Shipping Charges

Delivery and shipping charges are not refundable.

Return & Refund Exceptions

FILA does not accept returns or exchanges on gift cards, undergarments (excluding bras), shoe care, face masks, socks, personalized products, and GWP (Gift With Purchase) items. FILA reserves the right to approve or reject returns on a case-by-case basis.

Custom product orders are non-refundable and not eligible for exchange, except in cases of manufacturing or material defects. In such cases, please contact our customer service team via email for assistance.

Returns generally take 2–4 weeks to process. Credit refunds will be issued to the original payment method
